In today's episode, I'm gonna share with you three ways that our subconscious works. Three ways that it likes to receive information and interpret information. And the reason why this is really powerful to know is because you can then, as you are doing your own mindset work, start to send information and communicate with your subconscious in a way that it likes to receive and interpret information. When we do that, it's more easily integrated and embodied, and we start to see those long lasting and powerful shifts in our mindset sooner.
