Can we have tension in our hearts? Absolutely Yes, in episode 4 Roushell explores how asking God to reveal what's in your heart can cause hurt, pain and frustration but the fact that you're even asking God to do that reveals that you know who can guide you through that tension and release you from it. Our ability to endure through this allows God to continually sanctify us for His GLORY.
