Avril Stanley is the creative director and founder of Irish festival Body & Soul – a festival she was inspired to create after seeing how other cultures celebrate their own unique customs and traditions.  Avril is a Core Process Mindfulness based Psychotherapist and she leads a movement meditation practice Kum Nye. Avril also runs retreats "Threshold" at a beautiful venue located by a lake in Connemara.
