In this episode, I talk with Danielle Patrick about her rare tongue cancer diagnosis that came just 2 months after she gave birth to her first born child. We discuss the journey of her suffering and her healing, as well as the spiritual rebirth that came as a result of the experience. We also discuss evidence-based disease mitigation (such as fasting, a ketogenic diet and cold plunging) as well as ways that she stays mentally and emotionally well (via micro dosing, spiritual meditation and a renewed connection to God).
