Decree: I shall run and not be weary and walk and not faint.

Follow: Ask Holy Spirit to confirm His presence in your life.

Decree: God is my help, He is with me Always.

Decree: God is returning me to hope and giving me double for my trouble.

Decree: My firstfruits are producing a season plenty and overflow.

Meditate: God fills our mouths with laughter.

Follow: Reference the Joy of the Lord.

Decree: I am sowing in tears and harvesting joy and blessing.

Meditate: God is faithful.

Follow: Be equipped with trust through God’s word.

Decree: God’s faithfulness is empowering me to overcome all obstacles.

Meditate: God is bringing us into our place of Thriving.

Follow: Write down how God has brought you out of difficulty. 

Decree: I’m THRIVING in health, wealth, time and energy!

Meditate: God frees us from all our fears.

Follow: Study the Fear Not’s and Fear of God in the scriptures.

Decree: I am free of fear and protected by the Holy Spirit.

Meditate: God will guide me in our darkest times.

Follow: List as the ways God is your Shepherd. 

Decree: God is my Shepherd, I shall not want!
