Where do we get Strength from?   The Lord is so generous He gives us His Strength and His Strength is an incredible gift and resource to us.

"Soul" is a confusing word in Scripture because it doesn't mean what you think.  We need to love the Lord with all our Life.  How do we do that?

When you read the word "Heart" in Scripture what does it mean?  You need to know if you are going to Love the Lord with all your Heart.

You cannot give what you do not have.  We must receive God's love in order to give God's love to others.  

Jesus had a better way and it was the way of grace.  He wanted to teach us how to live according to these Unforced Rhythms of Grace.  We begin with the Shema.

Psalms 20 is a Royal Psalm where David remembers heading out to battle with the support and encouragement of the people.  Our battle is not again flesh and blood.  How can this Psalm instruct us?

Worship is not only what we do at church it is an everyday thing.  This is our Church in the Park. 

A Messianic Psalm that is quoted often in the New Testament.  It helps to show us the connectedness of Scripture.

How do you talk to yourself?  Is it positive or negative?  David in this Psalm talks to his soul and takes his thoughts captive.
