Amanda is a wife, a proud mom of three, a corporate professional and now, a business owner! She has always wanted to be a business owner. But for years, it felt like one of those “if I could do it all over again…” kind of dreams. So instead, she built a career in corporate America growing, learning, achieving but always wondering if there was something more aligned with who she truly was.

Throughout her career, curiosity led her to many career development sessions but one specifically about backwards career planning really made an impact. The exercise seemed simple: define your dream job, then map the roles needed to get there. But she hit a wall, what was her dream job?

That question cracked something open in her. As she peeled back the layers, a deep truth emerged: she wanted to coach, support, guide, and develop others. That was her purpose. But it felt so disconnected from the career path she was on. So, she shelved the dream once again. And had a few more kids while she was at it. Until the universe nudged her.

There was a job shadowing opportunity where she could keep her current role and start coaching colleagues on the side. And her employer was going to train her to be a coach… She couldn’t sign up fast enough. She remembers when she was being interviewed for the “role” the interviewer asked her about a time she had coached someone informally and she cried while telling the story. Not because of nerves, but because she was so proud of the person she was talking about. The moment Amanda stepped into coaching, everything clicked. Her passion found a path. The world started to align in ways she never imagined.

Now, she’s not just dreaming about what could have been, she’s living it. She has built a business rooted in growth, empowerment, and transformation. She has a beautiful family, a wonderful marriage, and a corporate career. And she’s here to help others rise, shine, and evolve just like she did.
