In this episode we will dive deeper into our system of beliefs. We’ll say:

  1. Why we give this topic so much attention.
  2. What the characteristic of beliefs are- both empowering and limiting
  3. How beliefs affect your goals, and changes you want to introduce-we’ll focus on the examples here.
  4. How to identify, recognise our beliefs, especially the limiting ones 
  5. What happens if we ignore our limiting beliefs and why we do that.
  6. By the end you’ll be able to answer a very important question: How free is my free will?

    And, you’ll learn one method of getting to know what your beliefs are. This will help you to decide what you are keeping and what you are transforming into being more supportive.
