Body, mind and soul are connected. They are all communicating with us on different levels.
In this episode I'm inviting you to speak to your fears through the body. Let them come to you, open the message they bring and with gratitude and lack of judgement, let them go. But do it only when you are ready.
Remember, whatever you are experiencing now, it's ok. This is the outcome of your choices that you've been making until now. Now in also a great time to decide if you hold them, or if you benefit from them and let them go, as they did their job- they just gave you the message about you.
Please, get into the comfortable position. This recording requires your whole attention, so make sure you do not drive, or do anything in the meantime. Find a safe place and let yourself start the holistic conversation, where your body has a space to speak up.
