Craniosacral therapy?
In this episode my special guest Zofia will share with you her knowledge and experience on the wonderful technique she uses to support her clients in reconnecting to the healing vibration. Zofia, who is a craniosacral therapist, is also the first guest in the history of this podcast that's why I'm super grateful she accepted my invitation!

Energy doesn't lie. Good vibes only. Energy follows attention. Everything is energy.
These sentences are often used, quoted but not too much attention it given to really understand, or what's more- to feel them.
In this episode we'll check if Tesla and Einstein were right; I'll give you a handful of facts coming from the Heartmath Institute, present the discovery from late 70s that set grounds for Quantum Physics and invite you to an experiment. All this is to get us closer to understanding how we can impact the energy in a way that will support us to thrive in life, not only survive.
