In this episode I share a few insights fom our recent travels to Arizona & Utah, where we traveled like mid-life losers in the back of a 4-runner, playing out a middle aged travelling hipster fantasy.

Aside from a great escape from reality, this trip was a well needed reminder of the importance of play and spontaneity in our relationship and life in general.

We dive in to Trauma informed Therapy and alternative healing modalities with Erin Jacobs founder of Centered within Yoga.
