Today’s guest is Colleen Little, Holistic Nutritionist and Personal Trainer. With almost 30 years of experience in the health industry, she began her career in rehabilitation as an Occupational Therapist, then worked as a Personal Trainer, and has spent the past 10 years as a Nutritionist.
She truly believes in taking care of health through food and movement and does her best to practice this daily. Through her own journey, she has realized how much self-image and mindset are required to make the behavioural shifts necessary to reach personal goals.
She provides suggestions to help clients best meet their dietary needs while helping them develop the mindset needed to make lasting change.

“There is absolutely no division between food and mood.”
It’s a powerful idea, and one that speaks to the profound impact nutrition can have on our energy, resilience, and overall well-being.
Following the launch of the Thrive Podcast last month, we’re continuing the conversation with Episode 2, Diet and Nutrition. Colleen Little, Holistic Nutritionist, joins Simran Sandhu, Optima Living’s Manager, HR Partnerships & Programs, to explore the connection between nutrition and mental health.
