In episode three of Thrive Through Intuition host Elizabeth Adams speaks with Lucy Nolan on her journey and how she made the shift from workaholic employment, dealing with anxiety and depression to thriving as CEO of her company Imaginal, a tech company delivering digital marketing and community engagement for international companies and local businesses from her new home in Ghana as part of the international diaspora.

During her employment Lucy worked for MumsNET, The Independent, Evening Standard, was entertained by Samantha Cameron at number ten, for her work with homeless teens in London.

This gave Lucy the experience yet she'd never considered becoming her own CEO, within six months of gaining intuitive insight she was taking the reigns of her purpose and life to ultimately reclaiming her roots in Ghana with the diaspora, working with local communities to rebuild and empower in the face of global corporates using the land as a dumping ground, finding a far healthier and connected lifestyle and helping people value the simplicity and wealth of fresh produce, nature and sunshine whilst establishing support for sustainable ecotourism and creative industries thriving in West Africa.

We also explore the role her business IMAGINAL plays in being community focused with the foundation of education and access to commercial partners, who value local connections.
