How many of us know a friend, co-worker, or family member that is fighting some kind of physical pain or sickness? Don’t you wish you could offer more than good advice and empathy? Jesus set His disciples on a course to do the impossible: to see captives set free, blind eyes open and gates of pain swing off the hinge! He sent the church out, just like the Father sent Him out- to go do what He did on this earth. This week, we hold tight to some guiding principles that Jesus taught His friends: it’s all about our authority! We are going to learn how to face the impossible around us and pray in an effective and powerful way.

This week we launch a new series on the gift of healing! Molly will share some guiding principles and hands-on application of Jesus’ intentions for healing as a part of our life. God has done amazing things throughout history and promises that the best is yet to come. In fact, Jesus set up this expectation for us in John 14:12:"Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.” Let’s grow in these greater things together in this next series!
