“When Life is Giving You Lemons – You Need to Dig Deep”

In hard times it can be hard to continue to trust in the Universe and know your angels are still around you even with the going gets tough. 

These are the times where you need to dig in, connect in like never before and know your angels are around you always, supporting you always.

“The quality of your life comes down to the quality of your foundation”

Your life is a series of experiences that piles on top of each other, as each one layers up the foundation can either stay firm and solid or it can start to shake and wobble.

The more you add the bigger the chance that the foundation is going to start to crack and break away. 

The more it breaks away the less it can handle.

You know how you can handle some really big things in your life and then small incidents seem to rock you to your core, this is your foundation cracking and rumbling.

In this episode you'll hear:

• How the cracks within your foundation can cause you to react to things you wouldn’t normally be affected by
• A great analogy for how your foundation can look when it contains stress fractures
• Healing layer by layer is going to lighten up your foundation, taking off the pressure and allowing you to feel lighter in mind and body
• How to determine the quality of your foundation

“All we have is this moment, yesterday is gone and tomorrow is yet to arrive”

The attempt and effort to control each moment is an exercise in futility, there are way too many forces at play at any given moment to have full control over anything. 

As you do make this attempt instead of gaining the outcome you are looking for, you are in actual fact, cutting off the flow from the Universe.

"March to the beat of your own drum" - Nicole Ivens

So what does that even mean, march to the beat of your own drum. 

In this episode I talk to you about your rhythm, the rhythm we were all given by the divine, as unique beings each one of us beat differently. 

Your job is to get to know your beat, what is its tempo? what does it feel like? what does it look like?

This allows you to feel empowered and know when you are in the flow with the universe and when you have fallen out of flow with the natural power of the divine. 

Comparison is very easy in today's world, we have unprecedented access to each others lives, no matter how hard we try it can be a challenge to not size ourselves up against the highlight reel of others.
