In this episode we continue on with the Chakra Energy Series and I share with you what I believe is the most important chakra for an Empath.

Moving on from the 1st Chakra - Root Chakra in our previous episode, I now talk to you about the 2nd Chakra - Sacral Chakra and the most important chakra for you as an Empath and Sensitive Soul. 

As I mention in this episode, here is the list of powerful affirmations to help cleanse and balance your sacral chakra. 

Choose the one that feels right to you and stick it up around your space, to ensure you are reminded daily. 

1. I love and enjoy my body
2. I have healthy boundaries
3. I am passionate
4. I know how to take care of my needs
5. I value and respect my body
6. Emotions are the language of my soul
7. I am at peace
8. I allow myself to experience pleasure
9. I feel pleasure and abundance with every breath I take

The Chakra Energy System Series
