Katrina Markoff is an award-winning entrepreneur, visionary chocolatier, and the founder of Violet Flame Chocolate. Her prior chocolate brand, Vosges Haut-Chocolat, is a gourmet chocolate brand which she launched in 1998 that rethought the way people could experience chocolate.
Katrina’s innovative approach has earned her widespread recognition—she’s been named Women Entrepreneur of the Year by Entrepreneur Magazine, honored in Fortune’s 40 Under 40, and recognized as the innovator in chocolate to lead the U.S. through the next 30 years by Food & Wine Magazine. She studied chemistry and psychology at Vanderbuilt, and honed her culinary skills at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris.
