Accepting is never forgetting when we accept we allow the pain of what hurt us to walk beside us. We don’t forget and that’s what I talk about today and letting go.

Your soul is your conscience. Oh yeah, I’m going to define that for you today.

I am so sad today and I fully understand you’ll hear it in my voice. I have a friend who’s losing her best friend and my heart breaks for both of them loss grief love it just doesn’t end and they all go together.

We love is that the reason we can’t love more is that the reason we’re not in love? It’s what I talk about today.

Acceptance of pain is a way to help you work through it. We’re not talking about forgiveness here. That’s a totally different animal. If you listen, you’ll understand.
