Lifeboats on the Titanic what a crazy title but I bet it’s your curiosity

I called this episode go ahead cry because that is my explicit advice to anybody who asks me if it’s OK to cry of course it is you’re sad so go ahead cry.

I called this episode, love and Christmas because that’s what I’m talking about, especially  new relationships in the holidays.

I called this episode, trusting and relaxing because that’s what we have to do in order to make some changes that might be necessary for us to destress during the holidays and move onto 2025.

When you’re feeling lost, you get stuck in a merry-go-round and I’m going to help you get off that merry-go-round today.

My trauma tribe is a group of people who stand next to me behind me around me and have read my manuscript and support me all the way in publishing my story I explained that today.
