1- Prayer- help us take control of your thoughts

2 - Be responsible: What can you do now to take advantage of this time and work in something you need to improve in your life 3- Learn from your mistake - we all make mistakes, the key is to learn and move forward

4 - Read books and listen to podcast, video to help you to stay motivated

5 - Be positive - Stay calm, decide to stay calm, positive during this time. Seek out positive people and don’t engage in negative conversations.

7 - Make Plan - There is a very popular saying: “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.” When you take time to plan, you allow yourself to think through the entire process from beginning to end, take the self-isolating time to plan your life. A lot of people saying I don’t have time for this now, so now you and I have time to work in something in our lives
