However, not everything unfolded as expected, such as the production line coming to a halt due to the global economic downturn. Despite rehiring some employees later, over a hundred people lost their jobs during that challenging period. Bill felt guided to organize a grieving ceremony, providing people with an opportunity to mourn and receive comfort from the Lord and one another.

For Bill, overcoming challenges and experiencing breakthroughs isn't about ‘becoming successful’; instead, he views it first and foremost as a journey to deepen his partnership with the Lord.
