As a supervisor in structural maintenance at JFK International Airport, she’s often been the only woman in the room. From operating heavy machinery to leading teams of over 60 men, Samantha learned early on the power of owning her voice and challenging societal norms that tried to keep her small.

Her mission is to help women who feel alone, overlooked, and outnumbered in male-dominated environments step into their full potential. Samantha empowers them to show up confidently, speak up without hesitation, and stop holding back out of fear of being “too much.” She helps women stop questioning their abilities, stop letting others take credit for their work, and stop diminishing themselves, so they can get the promotions and success they deserve.
