We all face a certain amount of pressure at home and at work, but there are professions that seem to be steeped in high pressure, and the legal profession is at the top of that list. Today we are talking about lawyers, but the information shared can translate into any profession or board room. On this episode of Authentic Living with Roxanne, we welcome Dr. Traci Cipriano to share her unique insights of thriving through pressure.
Traci is a clinical psychologist and formerly practicing attorney, a speaker, coach and consultant who has been addressing well-being and culture change within the legal community since 2005.
In recognition of her contributions to how we think about and address lawyer well-being, she was named a 2022 Connecticut Legal Awards Game Changer Honoree. Dr. Cipriano is in independent practice and is also an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Yale School of Medicine, and is a former Consulting Clinical Supervisor in the Yale Psychology Department.
