EPISODE DESCRIPTION: We fill our calendars, to-do lists, and reminders; download all the apps to simplify our life; but instead of a fulfilling, satisfying life, you end up with a busy schedule and a jumbled mind. You feel cluttered, which makes you seem scattered and a bit all over the place. But there is power in having a routine. There’s even MORE power in having an intentional routine that sets you up for success. A routine where you become less busy mentally and more confident daily. Where you get fresh outlooks and live intentionally. No matter what you do, there will always be a drill you go through every day, despite its specifics. So, why not be intentional and make it the best? The power behind having a strategic and intentional routine is so that when success AND hardship comes, you’re able to use your reflexes that built up over time.
This episode has a few tips on what you can do starting today.

EPISODE DESCRIPTION: In this episode, I share a whopping 26 life lessons I learned from the past few years. These life lessons are ones I’ve learned, am still learning, and probably will continue to learn over the course of my life. My hope for everyone who comes across this is to encourage, challenge, and inspire. If you’re not yet 26, could these life lessons be helpful to you now? If you’re 26, do these resonate with you? And if you’re 27 and on, have you learned these or are you still learning them?

EPISODE DESCRIPTION: Jesus' birth gave us a way to be born again. After all, it’s the premise of John chapter 3. Jesus explains what it means to be born again, referencing scripture left and right, explaining the simplicity of the Gospel to Nicodemus, a teacher of Israel. Nicodemus questioned and pondered on Jesus’ words, as many of us once did, but I’m curious to know if he stayed there, in questioning mode, as some of us still do. The traditions, church services, carols, and presents seem to take precedence over the reason for the season, but for those who fellowship with Christ, it only enhances the experience. Listen to this short episode about including Jesus after the Christmas season.

EPISODE DESCRIPTION: It’s interesting to think about that considering our relationships and the surrounding people. Some are naturally more optimistic about life, while others are not. And what’s even more interesting is that even though we have natural tendencies and predispositions within our personality, a lot of the times our attitudes are a choice. If it's a choice, what will you choose? Check out my blog post for Bible verses about JOY.

EPISODE DESCRIPTION: If God provided a way out, gave His wisdom, and cares that much about bees, how much more does He care and do all of that for us? Jesus says in Matthew 6:26-27, Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Can any one of you, by worrying, add a single hour to your life?

EPISODE DESCRIPTION: Why do we want our days to end? Why do we want to just get through it? Why do we take every minute and hour for granted? A new day is coming around in just a few hours, and for what, for us to do the same? I believe we’re called for more than that. Actually, I know we are. Time is going to pass whether we like it or not. It will feel faster the older we get. And before we know it, we will wish for it to slow down. We can slow ourselves down, at least internally, and go about our day enjoying every minute, enjoying the life we’re living, the breath we’re breathing, with the understanding that this day won’t ever repeat itself.
