With a new season set to (potentially) kickoff in under 2 months, Shamus Clancy of Bleeding Green Nation and Shaunak discuss what to expect of the Eagles this season as well as what their final win-loss tally will be.
Since 1977, Eagles color commentator, Merrill Reese, has never missed a game. He's witnessed the highs and lows of the franchise and everything in between, with memorable calls from the broadcast booth. Today, Merrill joined me to talk about what it would be like to call Eagles games in potentially empty stadiums and what he thinks of the Eagles off season so far.
After being signed to the Atlanta Falcons as an undrafted free agent in 2016, Josh Perkins joined the Philadelphia Eagles in 2018. After spending much of his time in Philadelphia on the practice squad, Perkins was promoted to the active roster this past year and played a huge role in winning games at the end of the season.
Today, we were joined by Josh, as we talked about his impact on the team last year as well as the upcoming season.
The Eagles were rated as the number 1 receiving corps in the NFL heading into last season. That position lasted for one week, as the drops and injuries piled on for the entire season.
Now, however, the Eagles could legitimately have the best receiving corps, and not just for one week. Through the draft, the Eagles focused on speed at the receiver position, selecting the likes of Jalen Raegor, John Hightower, and Quez Watkins.
One of those receivers, Quez Watkins, joined me today to discuss his draft selection and what he brings to the team. Here’s what he had to say.
