Today's guest is a true entrepreneur with a knack for spotting opportunity and scaling systems. He got his start back in the early 2000s with an SEO company, where early wins for clients quickly led to a pivot — instead of continuing with client work, he decided to put those skills to work on his own ventures.

In 2007, he launched Mailinglist.org, a data list brokerage that’s still running strong today. It specializes in highly targeted direct mail lists, with a major focus on financial offers.

Then in 2012, an opportunity came out of necessity — a couple of friends needed jobs, one had experience in pressure washing, and he realized he could dominate the local search game in that industry. That’s when Washed Out Pressure Washing was born. From day one, he focused on marketing, lead gen, and team management — not the manual labor — which allowed him to scale efficiently.

Most recently, he’s diving deep into tech with a new venture: NSER.ai, a voice AI receptionist that’s already handled over 1,000 calls and is actively managing live calls for service businesses. Michael Hinderliter is a Mobile Fleet washing contractor, Kitchen Exhaust Cleaner, Environmental Power Washing Specialist, and Power Wash Educator based out of Fort Worth, Texas.

Michael Hinderliter held his first pressure washing wand at the age of 12 when he began working summers and weekends for his father, Robert Hinderliter, who was president of Rahsco Cleaning Systems, now known as PowerWash.com. In late 1992, I was a founding board member of Power Washer of North America, an nonprofit association that helps advance the power washing industry, later serving as the president from 1999 to 2000.
