In this episode of Through the Smoke, Chris sits down with Firefighter Billy Morris, Senior Captain Todd Paget, and retired Senior Captain Dale Jenkins for a conversation about Evidence-Based Fireground Operations.

They discuss how the class came together, the research and concepts behind it, reactions from the HFD cadre, lessons that stood out, and how some of these ideas are already influencing conversations about tactics and fireground operations at the station level.

From experienced perspectives, this episode takes a closer look at the work being done to evaluate and improve how firefighters operate on the fireground.
