37th Episode. Jeff High dives deep into his life story and the perspective it has given him. From 20 to 33 he was living the life. A house by the beach, a truck, a Harley, nightly parties, until one day it hit him. He was on his mom's couch at 33 thinking "What am I doing?" Jeff started asking himself those questions and started working out again, to pursue purpose as opposed to pleasure. He now gets up every morning at 4 am to follow purpose, a completely different human being he has evolved into. Jeff tells a beautiful story! Enjoy:)

Sean Mortazavi! I

n this episode, Sean and I get into the mentality and importance of preparation. He gets up every day at 4:30 and chooses to run a few miles, while everyone else is sleeping. He then goes to a boxing class @6am followed by another session of logging miles. After that, he will get a lift in at the gym and repeat this cycle. Gleagueeee. Josh and I were teammates this past year and I have learned so much from being around him. His perspective on life is beautiful and he has the ability to see a lot of things that most people miss. It was an honor playing with him but also hearing his wisdom day in and day out. In Part 1 of this EP, we get into his struggles as a young hooper. He also dives right into how difficult it was from a mental standpoint to continue on his path, despite all the negativity around him. Where do I start? Will is an incredible human being and he is someone who has a very conscious outlook on life. The wisdom that floats out of his soul is pure and spoken thru lots of experience. In this pod the flow is immaculate and the fact that the ocean repetitively hits the sand in the background only amplifies the beauty of this life. This is one that tugs at my heart and is real as it can get.

In the 30th episode of the Thru It All Podcast we have Dawson Baker! Dawson has an incredible story and the path he took is a beautiful one. After a legendary high school career at Capo Valley High School, he took a two year mission trip to Micronesia, Guam where he was unable to touch a basketball. Once his two years was up, he played his freshman season at University of California Irvine and was the Big West Freshman of the year. He says that those years of not touching a ball sharpened his mentality and made him an even better player, despite all the time taken off. Im grateful for the opportunity to hear this story and to learn from a guy I always looked up to and respected. Hope you guys enjoy this episode!
