We cover a plethora of shooters recently released in one fell swoop. While none of us have the multiplayer edge we used to, Will still played quite a bit of and was successful at the Modern Warfare Remaster.

The first proper Civ release in 6 years, and one of many changes too.  Veterans of the series Dan and Corey cover the changes from V to VI and give our thoughts as usual.  We also discuss the newly released Skyrim Special Edition.

Like the title says, we cover the Battlefield series' return to the past with Battlefield 1 and its World War 1 setting.

This week we cover the Windows 10 and Xbox One Play Anywhere title Gear of War 4.  Though none of us really played much multiplayer, (we don't usually) we cover some of the campaign and Horde mode.  We also cover the big news from today in the Nintendo Switch reveal and our thoughts on what we know so far.

This week we pick and discuss the best exclusives for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.  We decided to leave out the Wii U since it has mostly exclusives, which range from good to excellent. 

One of our earliest episodes was Budget Gaming, where we offer suggestions on how to play games on a budget.  In the past 5 years, a lot has changed...so we offer up some new suggestions on how to game on a budget.

The Horizon festival takes itself down under, hosting races from the beautiful coastline of Australia, to the rugged outback.  It's also one of the early titles in Xbox's Play Anywhere program, allowing PC players the chance to play with their Xbox friends.  During "What We Played" Eric gives his first impressions of FIFA 17.

This week we individually list all the games we're hyped for, then come to a consensus on which games should be in the top 5 and what they rank.  During What We Played, Corey tried The Turing Test and we also cover the Digital Homicide/Steam controversy. 

This week we talk about the current Steam indie darling Halcyon 6, with its unique blend of strategy, RPG elements and retro art style.  During What We Played Eric talks about the demos for FIFA 17 and Forza Horizon 3 and Corey played Quadrilateral Cowboy.

Like the title suggests, this week we discuss our time with the Battlefield 1 beta and the odd Playstation Pro announcement.
