Keith Smith (@KeithSmithNBA) joins Shawn (@shawn_woods15) on this week's Thunderous Transmissions podcast for an episode based on the NBA's salary cap, specifically geared toward the Oklahoma City Thunder. 

The show starts with Keith telling how he started getting involved with the NBA's salary cap, including a few of his pet peeves. From there, Keith details what could change in the upcoming collective bargaining agreement. 

The two move on to discuss why Kevin Durant signed a one-year contract in lieu of a longer deal and discuss how this pertains to Russell Westbrook. 

The show continues with the guys talking about the Thunder's three restricted free agents: Andre Roberson, Victor Oladipo and Steven Adams. Finally, the guys take a couple of Twitter questions, and Keith discusses his experience with the Pro Scout School at the Las Vegas summer league.
