Jack and Bob talk about how Senator John Thune says because of the senate filibuster rule that requires 60+ senators to vote in the affirmative that SAVE Act probably won't pass.  Theirs a possibility that Thune may let the government shut down to bring to light just how far off base the Democrats are on this 80/20 issue.
