Following Jesus isn’t about basking in the attention your faith may bring. When you place your faith in Him, you acknowledge that He is God and He alone is worthy of worship. Any praise you receive from others should immediately be pointed towards your Savior. As Pastor Bill will encourage us in today’s message, God can use you greatly when you approach Him in humility with the desire to serve Him over your own agenda. If your own success is your priority, you’ll miss out on His purpose in your life.
