Attorney General William Barr has chosen not to testify in front of the House Judiciary Committee. Could Democrats hold him in contempt? Venezuela's opposition leader, Juan Guaido, called for the largest march in the country's history yesterday. Fewer than expected showed and those that did were met with tear gas and rubber bullets.
