Sports betting/gambling is one of the fastest growing industries in both professional and collegiate athletics. Since being nationally legalized in 2018, the sports gambling industry has already generated billions in annual revenue. Around 30% of states have some form of legal sports gambling, and several other states will be introducing legislation soon to add to these numbers.
