  • Episode 14 Pt.1 “Approach business as a scientist..be a researcher not an entrepreneur” w/ Andy Ayim
My favourite lesson from Andy Ayim was his mention of the fact that we should all approach business as scientists testing a hypothesis. Ditch the titles and the pressure which comes with the titles, instead focus on the problem you’re solving. This conversation is a prelude to the Sunday Sermon on Brand Building we’re hosting at our @treasuretress 4th Birthday Pop Up Shop November 24th. • Live Panel “Create the things you wish to see - Intrapreneurship”
More often than not Founders and Entrepreneurs are given all of the credit for the work done to build their business from scratch, with little recognition of the women (and men but mostly women 😉) working behind the scenes to bring the vision to life. For our latest panel we were excited to introduce you all to our Panel of intrapreneurs - Intrapreneurship involves creating and discovering new ideas, solutions and opportunities within a company. Someone who is creating value, innovating, building and creating true impact. An intrapreneur is a person who practises intrapreneurship.
Each and every member of a business is a key player. We are here to empower and remind you that you do not need to be a CEO to be changing the game, in fact, most founder's speak on the importance of having a powerful team.
Jamelia will have the pleasure of interviewing an array of women from different industries, it is with great excitement that we announce that the evening will consist of both Curly Couch Conversations - Intrapreneurship with Shanon Stanislaus - New Product Development & Marketing Brand Manager at Africa's Best and the mastermind behind their new Africa's Best Original Coconut Oil Range.
