What does 'thyroid-friendly travel' mean? Are there any special considerations for those of us with a thyroid condition when it comes to travel? I've just come back from 2 weeks in Japan so thought I'd share a few insights into thyroid-friendly travel! 

You’ll have a better holiday if you feel well, so don’t throw everything you’ve been doing out the window. Thyroid-friendly travel will include as much of your thyroid-friendly diet & lifestyle as you choose!

• Medication - how to pack &  store (CORRECTION: I do say eutroxig can be stored for 21 days unrefrigerated but after double checking it is 14 days)
• NOTE: please check your specific medication refrigeration/temperature requirements.
