I just had my first TikTok video hit 1.3 million views. It didn't have a trending song or trending hashtag - so what happened?!

I'm a low time private pilot and an experienced sales professional... So what?
After a little reflection, I figured I'd share the 3 MAJOR similarities between successful Pilots & Sales Professionals. To be honest, these are all traits I think can be used in any profession.

Today I flew out to Brooksville (BKV) to hunt down some food and talk about the startup life. Nick Neral, a coworker and fellow startup enthusiast, joined me on the flight.
We've both got different backgrounds and experience, but have agreed on a lot of the things we've learned from our time in the startup environment and want to share them today.
Also - if you ever fly into Brooksville and don't know what to do for food check out Bagels & Beyond (you're welcome)

To share the experience of flight with someone is something you don't forget - especially if you have a great passenger!
Today we fly to Ocala and talk about what it's like to take a passenger up in the plane with you.
We talk about what I've learned flying with passengers and what I try to always do now when I'm bringing someone up for the first time.
We also had some time for some Freddy's Frozen Custard in Ocala - if you're looking for a sugar rush, check it out.

Today we fly over to Sebring to talk about getting checked out in a new plane!
I wanted to take a plane for a weekend and have more availability during the week. My only option was to step outside of my comfort zone and the 172 I had spent most of my time in.
Welcome to the Archer.
I briefly talk about what the check out did for me, my overall thoughts, and why I ultimately chose to do it. If you're a new pilot and thinking about getting checked out in a new plane this video is here to let you know that it's only going to be a confidence booster for you!

In a little over 2 months, I found 10,000 followers (or they found me?) on TikTok.
10k is nothing compared to a lot of social media, but that's not the point. Where can you find an app with potential to improve your brand and gain a following like that?
I'm still waiting on an answer...
In this one we talk about my updated thoughts on TikTok and some tips I used to get to 10,000 fans in 2 months.

I'm BIG on New Years Resolutions... well I'm big on setting goals and figuring out how I'm going to knock things off my bucket list - New Years Resolutions are just a way to keep track of your progress.
I talk about why some people (including myself) don't set NY resolutions, what my personal thoughts are on them, and some of the things that help me get ahead of them.
Here is the motiversity video I was talking about - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0c0DNym1no4
What are your thoughts on setting resolutions?
I've always tried local food when I travel. So today I'm trying something that 80% of the world already feasts on... BUGS!
I tried the cricket protein bars (which were actually pretty good) and today I try the whole roasted crickets - definitely a challenge to film this one.
Shoutout to EXO Protein doing something sustainable and creating some legit alternative forms of protein!
If you want to try out the bars - or the crickets if you're feeling adventurous - check out EXO Protein.
