Tico has been a part of the Duluth Music Scene since it's conception in the 90's.
He has been stable for many musicians, and acts. Helping them get their start and continue on.
Israel is an avid guitar player, creating ambient music, however, he also writes songs and plays in cover bands.
You can find him performing on any stage in Duluth MN; from open mics to big stages.
