In an effort to repair its relationship with professional users, Apple took the unprecedented step of inviting a handful of prominent journalists for an on-the-record talk. In it, the company acknowledged design errors with the Mac Pro, promised a redesigned Mac Pro and accompanying pro display, and said it was trying to communicate better with pro users.
