Tide May Be Turning Toward Religious Liberty At SCOTUS

Bryan Fischer here with the Life & Liberty Minute. Last week, the Supreme Court  ruled unanimously in favor of the free exercise of religion in a case involving foster care. Faith-based foster care agencies will no longer be required to place vulnerable young children in the suboptimal nurturing environment of a homosexual household. Philadelphia, for instance, has 20 other foster care agencies in addition to Catholic Social Services, so homosexuals in fact are not being denied anything. Only Christians were being discriminated against, but that is the one thing the First Amendment flatly prohibits. The Constitution protects the right not just to believe what you want but to actively exercise your Christian faith in daily and public life, including placing children in foster homes. The Supreme Court has only begun to reclaim liberty from the forces of secularism.
