Welcome to another episode of ElectriX. This time with another great artist from my good mates @frisson-records . Please welcome Vora Dj/Producer. I noticed him through some recommendation and he had my full attention right at the start when I played one of his own tracks.

He prepared a great set mostly with his own creations which are in my opinion really good. I think he needs much more exposure so please give his hard work some appreciation and follow, like and share his set and tracks. Enjoy the mix!

Bio:

VLKN is a dj based in Istanbul. His real name is Volkan.

His passion for music has lead him to start creating his own productions, where he is looking to continue to develop his unique sound.

Dedicated to their work, their music is depicted by distinctive and powerful bass lines, melodies and emotions, following their unique Indie Dance,Melodic and Progressive genres.

His sound incorporates warm, beautiful melodies, groovy basslines, and more than a touch of class. He seeks to touch the hearts and minds of dancers with improvisations based on their set, setting and atmosphere. Be on the look out for his future releases as they are packed with grooves and uplifting sounds, designed for the dancefloor and more.

Hello friends! Welcome to ElectriX. This time with a guest from turkey. Please welcome “Ongunko”. I started to noticed him on several guest shows from my partner and I really liked his sound and the way he builds his sets. Bio:

He was born in a small town of Bursa in 1987.

In 2007 he went to Sofia to study.

Until 2011, the lessons he listened to during the day were entering in one ear and coming out of the other, but at night when listening to the leading names of electronic music, music did not come in from one ear and exit from the other.

Although he had no training in music, he discovered that he did not hear music the way everyone hears it and did not see it the way everyone saw it. He believed that putting pieces together was a good listener and proved that it was more than just believing.

Believing that music has a philosophy above all.

ongunko continues to express himself by bringing together his own favorite melodies from different cultures with Enharmonica and Sound Of Deception series.

One of his biggest dreams about the music is to prepare his set consisting entirely of his own tracks one day, his track trials continue and you will hear it when it is ready.

————————————————————————————————————

Bio:

Offering a transcending experience through a raw blend of stimulating and hypnotic additives” is Sinca’s prescription gig after gig, regardless of the venue or when in her sets. Her eclectic upbringing, from the French capital of Canada to a Peruvian household, from her dancing career in classical ballet to rhythmic flamenco, has opened a space for music to be her guidance and one and only anchor. This mixed spectrum of music influences translates into sets where she infuses together deep bass and layers of hopeful riffs that not only fill the space but also caters to her obsession of taking you on a journey.

A recognized member of her original community in Montreal, Sinca’s experience range from performing on the main stage of Piknic Electronik and residency at the Salon Daomé to testing unusual scenes at artistic collectives where she is accompanied by other artists in live performances. Recently, her unavoidable draw to the international has come full circle when she performed abroad in France, New York, the Dominican Republic and Prague. To continue to ride this sound wave, Sinca puts a large emphasis on producing, with several projects in the work already.

Bio:

By the end of this biography, you are going to be sure that my experience of more than two decades as a DJ has made me the best option for all of your exclusive events.

So how did I get here? Well, 25 years ago a friend put into my hands on a Sasha BBC Radio One Essential Mix-tape, and that’s when it all started to change.

I didn't want to be a DJ to avoid dancing in public, to attract girls and get free drinks, I just liked playing good tunes to friends. In the years since I've DJ'd out and about occasionally and had the best night ever each and every time, but I'm honest enough to know I'm not really a high talented DJ and I really have been lucky to see a few at work and I’m glad for that.

In recent years, I have taken my music to many places and Eastern Europe, especially Montenegro and Croatia, where in 2019 I was booked to perform for 12 nights consecutively at the the Croatian Open ATP Tennis Tournament in Umag within various Beach clubs and VIP cocktail lounges.

As someone who has been playing progressively for quite some time and also as someone who learnt with vinyl and now uses CDJ's, I can claim to know what I am doing in theory at least.

My weekly “Thru The Looking Glass” Podcast show seemed like the natural progression of what I have been doing, and thanks to the help of radio stations like Ibiza Global Radio and Data Transmission Radio, it is have developed brilliantly, and I’m very proud of it's success.

I am now starting to produce tracks also. With my production partner; stunning female vocalist: Moon Aton from Hamburg in Germany; we are producing some deep dreamy melodic house tracks with beautiful ethereal vocals. They aren't perfect, nor are they intended to be; but we enjoy making them and maybe some others may enjoy them too, lets wait and see!

So if you want to know more about my music, you can check it out within my Soundcloud, Spotify and YouTube Channels. Also, If you think you could use my services to help you enlighten your club party, venue, event or Radio Station; please just make contact.

Simply; for me, it’s all about mood and a deep, hypnotic groove… playing those tracks that get you tapping your feet and nodding your head without you realising it, regardless of genre, tempo, style, or release date.
