Summer is almost over and we've had a great one! Beach trips, concerts, breweries...all the fun has been had.

So join us as we shine a light on this polarizing time of year. What's top tier is also bottom tier. What's bottom is top. Just goes to show you that they were right when they said: "There ain't no cure for the summertime blues".

While cereal is thought of as a breakfast food, it really is good for breakfast, lunch, diner or a snack. Truth be told, it is more like eating cookies or candy than something to fuel your day. However...while it may be lacking in nutritional value, it does NOT lack for tastiness. Or does it? Turns our cereal is an enigma. And a part of a nutritional breakfast as long as everything you eat is nutritious.
