In this episode, my guest is Tiffani Bova who is a Sales Futurist, Growth Adviser and Change Agent.

March 2016 she joined Salesforce as the Global Customer Growth and Innovation Evangelist. She was previously with Gartner as a VP, Distinguished Analyst and Research Fellow covering Sales Strategies and Channel Innovation. Tiffani was fortunate for the past decade to have worked with hundreds of technology companies on helping define their growth strategies and go to market models. Rather than focusing on the distant future, she takes a more practical approach - scanning the near horizon for emerging technologies and disruptive shifts in buyer behavior, and then translating these into pragmatic plans for sales transformation. Her current conversations center around 1 objective: customer success.

The industry has been good to her with some amazing awards including being named one of the "Most Powerful and Influential Women in California" from the National Diversity Counsel, Top 50 sales and marketing influencers by Top Sales World Magazine, INC magazine top sales influencers to name a few. Tiffani often writes for HBR, Forbes and HuffPost and has been featured in articles from Bloomberg, The WSJ, Economist, Hoovers and USA Today.
