By far one of our best episodes with one of the best in our industry Mr. Jimmy Simpson. It was a tremendous opportunity to discuss his current role and how he has taken his experience in our industry and seen growth in working in all areas of public works. We discussed many hot topics in the turfgrass industry that play a role in who we are as sports field managers.  Truly an amazing episode that you do not want to miss. One of my favorite episodes with one of my best friends from this industry Mr. Kody Tingler. It was an awesome time discussing the different aspects of his career and his journey through the industry. Reminiscing on some great times in college and our time in the industry. An Episode you do not want to miss. 

This was an episode that a lot of sports field managers are excited to hear about because Zach has pushed the boundaries of what we do as sports field managers and the work that he has done with the Ironcutter Bermudagrass in a Northern local with so many environmental factors most sports field managers do not experience in the Lake effect off Lake Michigan it is truly an honor to talk with the man who has shown anything is possible and how genetics are changing the game for so many across the country. An episode you do not want to miss!

We have a great episode in store with Mr. Corey Levine of North Florida. Great talking about the different work he has going on with all of the Division 1 programs in his fields. Discussed the chaos and different things going on in the industry. Truly an awesome time that you do not want to miss. 

Our Final episode in the All-Female Grounds Crew took place a few weeks after this historic event to show a vantage point of what happened and the impact this event had on so many not only in this industry but the world. We had Kelly Lynch on to discuss her experience and the incredible energy she brought to the crew. Thank you for following this phenomenal event and the crew's fantastic work! It was truly remarkable to have the opportunity to reflect on everything that happened and its impact on our industry for years to come.

To conclude our onsite podcasts for the Inaugural All-Female Grounds Crew at the Softball Little League World Series, we have two of my favorite industry professionals, Ms. Leah Withrow and Ms. Morgan Hunter! These two are just a blast to have on the podcast because of who they are and what they are doing for this industry. These two are some of the most caring people on earth; whether it is taking care of their crew or checking some security cameras on their field, they want what is best for everyone and everything. I have been so lucky to be able to get to know that and to be able to call them my friends. Watch out because these two will change this industry's trajectory! This is an episode that you do not want to miss.   

The future of our industry is bright with these two Texas Aggies. Hailey Tucker and Megan Muesse are two Texas A&M Turfgrass Program members who just recently joined the program this semester. This trip to be a part of the first-ever All-Female Grounds crew was an incredible experience for them where they learned firsthand from the industry professionals on the grounds crew. This podcast shows how there are young people out there that are excited for a future in the turfgrass industry. It was a great time talking to them about their future aspirations, to the point where Megan got an internship offer live on the podcast. I am excited to see where their journey takes them under the mentorship of Dr. Chase Straw at Texas A&M. I Cannot thank them enough and wish them nothing but the best for them in the future. 

With this episode, we have two incredible professionals that have incredibly bright futures moving forward in their respective fields. Holly has had a unique journey working with the Charlotte Knights at the highest level as a part-time employee and finding a passion that has led her to be a member of the first-ever All-Female Grounds Crews! Maritza has a passion for this industry that is unparalleled by anyone in this industry, and she advocates for our field with her work in her community and outreach. Truly a future industry leader, this is an episode you do not want to miss!

In this episode, we had the incredible opportunity to put together two of the Sports Field Management industry's greatest ambassadors in Sun and Sarah. They have dedicated themselves not only to their craft but to helping everyone in this industry! We had the opportunity to discuss their time working on the Sports Field Management Association Board of Directors and how their service to our industry brought them to Greenville, North Carolina, where they made history. Truly a couple of the most incredible people you will ever meet! I cannot thank Sun enough for having me down to share this incredible story!

In this episode, we host the Commissioner of the Softball Little League World Series, Mr. Brian Weingartz, who gives an insight into the history of Stallings Stadium at Elm Street park, where this historical event takes place. This was an excellent episode to see how significant this phenomenal ballpark is not only through the one who cares for it but someone who grew up on this same field. Jake played on the same field this crew maintained, and he offers incredible insight into the wonderful moments that took place this past weekend! This is one you do not want to miss!
