The Floresville varsity Tigers played at home on Friday, Jan. 30, against the Pleasanton Eagles. This game was intense, and had fans from both sides on their feet cheering throughout the entire game. The game was tied 44-44 at the end of the fourth quarter, taking the teams into overtime. The Tigers were relentless in their quest for a win and did so in the final seconds of overtime! The Tigers took the win, 50-44, helping Floresville move to 6-2 in District play. Floresville traveled to Devine Feb. 3 and will travel to Somerset on Friday, Feb.6,fora7p.m.gameagainstthe Bulldogs.
