.5 oz Demerara Syrup
2 oz Black Rum

Muddle the mint (its easier in the syrup) mix all the ingredients, shake add to rocks glass garnish with mint or lime

This is in parts so you can make it as big or as small as you want!
1 part rum
3 parts OJ
1 Part Pineapple Juice
2 parts Gingerale
Barspoon of Grenadine
Add juices and rum to shaker with ice, shake well top with ginger ale and grenadine garnish with an orange and/or cherry. I don’t recommend shaking things with carbonation as the tin can pop and make a mess but you do you I am not your dad!
