Hey Sunshines.
After last week's intense practice of locating fearful and limiting thoughts then kicking their asses to the curb, I thought it would be nice to go back to a basic exercise of noticing the things floating around in our heads just before bed and immediately after waking up. We are focusing on our transition thoughts mostly because it's important to be aware of the tone we are setting for our wake and sleep cycles, and PARTLY because I am a little burnt out from battling intrusive, abusive voices while simultaneously Tikin' & Tokin' like my life depends on it.
