Hear from Tim Alpe. Tim is well known for co-founding JUCY Group from New Zealand in 2001 and growing it into an international tourism business with 400+ staff, over 3500 cars & campervans, as well as several JUCY Snooze hostels, JUCY Cruise and Cityhop, NZ’s first car share business. When covid closed the borders, 90% of business disappeared overnight, and the realities of the pandemic’s effects on tourism businesses hit hard.  Tim will be sharing his journey, the effect this had on his mental health, and how he pushed through to continue growing the new LyLo brand & business.  In 2021 Tim also co-founded Comfi.co.nz, New Zealand's first online bed store with a social purpose - for every 5 beds sold, one is donated to a kiwi kid in need.  We’ll also chat on the changing tourism industry and what’s up & coming for LyLo.
