British triathlete Tim Don joins us on the podcast this week. Don is well known for being "The Man with the Halo," and for breaking the Ironman World Record. But the 42-year-old has been involved in triathlon since he was 15 years old and he turned down a spot at University to become a professional triathlete. He's since been to 3 Olympic games and finished twice on the podium at the Ironman 70.3 World Championships.
