This week in episode 15 of #GetJasched, I'm joined by Tim Horbury, from The Alternative Board Adelaide, who helps business assemble advisory boards to help spur new, more effective ways of doing business based on sharing wisdom and experience. Tim is also host of the On The Rope-Podcast, sharing interviews and experiences in his sport of water ski racing.

In this conversation. Tim shares his journey in how his perspectives have changed around what important communication and leadership looks like, a great journey from one that is a little more focused on self-serving to a realisation that for him to achieve success, it involves him helping others. Tim also shares lots of great wisdoms around how we get more out of our work the more we seek level advice, and the journey we take as we learn, and how we're all presented with it! It simply requires a choice.
