He initially offered a ton of painting services, both residential and commercial. The company got too big, so he scaled back and focused on residential repaints – write “focus” down, it’ll be on the test. Tim runs the business with his wife Christie and their daughter Courtney. Their hard work has paid off, as this year they reached 4 million dollars in revenue! Tim shares that his latest priority has been team building and morale boosting. Just like he focused his business and services, he makes sure his employees don’t have too much on their plate. Offering team-members a pleasant working environment and a healthy flow of communication makes them want to work for you even when you’re not around.
